This certificate is issued by the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, Climate and Environmental Protection, Regions and Water Management and confirms that we, as a company, demonstrably meet the requirements set out in the relevant legislation. It is valid until 12 March 2029.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What the certificate specifically regulates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The certificate entitles Merz RailServices GmbH, without prejudice to the requirements of commercial law, to carry out:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Installation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repair<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintenance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Servicing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Decommissioning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>to the institutions specified in Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024\/2215. These include, among others:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>stationary refrigeration systems,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>stationary air conditioning systems and heat pumps,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>stationary organic Rankine cycles,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>refrigeration systems in refrigerated trucks and trailers, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>refrigeration systems in light refrigerated vehicles, intermodal containers and railway wagons.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The certification is related to Regulation (EU) 2024\/573 and national regulations on the handling of fluorinated greenhouse gases and their alternatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This clearly defines the legal framework under which we are permitted to carry out this work and the evidence we as a company must provide to this end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Significance for our customers and partners<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For our customers, certification means above all:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Compliant execution of all work on the specified systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Documented processes and traceability, particularly with regard to testing and maintenance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safe and responsible handling of refrigerants, including fluorinated greenhouse gases and their alternatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Through the systematic application of these requirements, we contribute to operational safety, risk minimisation and compliance with regulatory requirements in ongoing projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibility and quality standards<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Obtaining the <a href=\"http:\/\/merz-railservices.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Unternehmenszertifikat_A1-limitiert.pdf\">Category A1 company certificate<\/a> is not a mere formality for us, but part of a clear understanding of quality and the environment.
